Removal of Illegal Installations in Odesa Streets
Employees of the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» in Odesa, following directives from district administrations, are continuing the removal of specific installations that negatively affect the road network's operational characteristics.
Since the beginning of 2025, 94 unlawfully installed uniparkers and other special equipment (bollards, chains, barriers, semi-spheres, blocks, speed bumps, and more) have been dismantled.
The removal work of unwanted installations that hinder pedestrian and vehicle movement is carried out by specialists of the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» in accordance with the orders of the district administrations of the Odesa City Council.
By the decision of the Executive Committee of the Odesa City Council, the Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» has been tasked with dismantling illegally placed: uniparkers, concrete blocks, barriers, stationary special equipment, speed-reducing measures (such as «speed bumps») and other urban improvement elements that detract from the operational characteristics of urban facilities.
