Spring Maintenance Activities in the City
The employees of the municipal enterprise «Service Center» are actively engaged in planned spring activities at their designated sites.
Yesterday, the municipal workers relaunched the elevator located on Primorsky Boulevard, which connects the boulevard with the Greek Park. The elevator is non-operational during winter, but after cleaning and washing the cabin, it is back in service.
Additionally, as part of the fountain preparations, the specialists of «Service Center» continue to perform maintenance and adjustments on the equipment. Since the beginning of the week, they have cleared a clogged fountain nozzle and installed stoppers on the fountain flange at the Victory Dendropark, as well as replaced the pumps in the upper bowl of the fountain at the Theater Square.
Furthermore, the workers of «Service Center» regularly conduct landscaping, cleaning, minor repairs, and address vandalism incidents at the designated sites.
This week, specialists are carrying out scheduled tasks such as cleaning monuments that are not part of the cultural heritage, repairing the paving at the entrance to the pump room complex, and removing the effects of vandalism (graffiti) from the fence of the sanitary zone of the pump room complex.
