Enhancing Accessibility in Odesa
A meeting on barrier-free initiatives was held in Odesa, chaired by Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov.
The focus was on enhancing the accessibility of the tram route «North - South».
Currently, 17 stops have been equipped for boarding and alighting for individuals with disabilities.
Additionally, plans are in place to reconstruct nine more stops shortly.
Special attention was given to stops located in densely populated areas, near social institutions, and at transfer points to other routes.
