Tragedy in Odessa: Massive Drone Strike
On the evening of April 21, 2025, Odessa endured a severe attack by enemy drones that struck a densely populated area of the city.
The assault resulted in significant damage to residential buildings, public infrastructure, vehicles, and educational institutions. There are numerous casualties.
Odessa's mayor and emergency services have arrived at the scene.
Operational headquarters have been established at the addresses of Ingalezi St. 16 and Heroes of Krut St. 23/25. An additional headquarters is set up at the Hadzhibey District Administration building on Yevhen Tan tsuyra St. 22.
District administration staff, together with municipal services, are accepting requests for material assistance and providing consultations on the necessary documentation for its processing.

Under the coordination of Odessa's mayor's advisor Veronika Etnarovych, assistance points from charities and public organizations have been set up at the attack site, including 'April Tenth' with the support of UNHCR, the Red Cross, World Central Kitchen, and 'Winds of Change.'
