Online Vehicle Registration Document Replacement Service Launched
The Ministry of Digital Transformation has introduced a groundbreaking service within the "Diiia" app — now Ukrainians can replace their vehicle registration documents entirely online. This is useful in cases of loss, damage, changes to plates, or transitioning to a digital format.
To use the service, go to the "Diiia" app and navigate to Services → Drivers → Replace Vehicle Registration Document, sign the application, and choose a convenient delivery method for your new document — either to a post office or via courier from Ukrposhta.
This service is available for car owners who meet the following criteria:
- must be at least 18 years old;
- must have a tax number (RNOKPP) in "Diiia";
- must hold a biometric document (ID card or residence permit) in "Diiia";
- the vehicle must be registered in the owner’s name.
The service operates without the need to visit an MVS service center.
