Top Google Searches in Ukraine for 2025
In 2025, Google revealed the most popular searches in Ukraine, with «Electricity Outage Schedule» taking the top spot. According to the official Google Ukraine blog, the annual analysis of search activity helps to identify key topics, personalities, and events that captured the interest of Ukrainian users.
Once again, «Electricity Outage Schedule» topped the rankings. The second place was taken by the TV project «The Bachelor 2025», while the third was the series «Squid Game 2».
Other notable searches included: «Labuba», «Usyk Dubois», «Eurovision 2025», and «NABU».
In the «Personality» category, boxer Oleksandr Usyk saw the highest increase in interest.
Users actively searched for information about actor Taras Tsymbaliuk, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, and First Lady Melania Trump.
In the «Losses» category, the most searched were blogger Anna Zhuk, politician Andriy Parubiy, actor Roman Popov, and rock musician Ozzy Osbourne.
Among films, the highest interest was shown for the sci-fi action film «Chasm». The second and third places were taken by the horror film «Nosferatu» and the drama «Good Bad Girl».
Also making the top ten were a film based on the popular game «Minecraft», the Oscar-winning film «Anora», and a new version of the Dracula story.
In the television series category, the second season of «Squid Game» was the leader.
Also in the top were the new season of «Wednesday», the British crime drama «Gangsterland», Ukrainian series «Reverse Direction», «Little House of Happiness», and «Love and Flame»; the Turkish series «Distant City» and the Spanish «Billionaire Bunker».
In the «Shopping» category, the leading search was for the toy «Labuba». Additionally, Ukrainians showed interest in purchasing pickups for the Armed Forces, women’s military uniforms, and EcoFlow charging stations.
In 2025, Ukrainian users frequently sought the meanings of terms such as «white ticket», «NABU», «mobilization order», and «lifelong maintenance contract».
Google explained that the ranking is based on search queries that demonstrated the greatest growth in popularity over the year compared to the previous period, allowing the identification of the most relevant trends and topics that interest people today.
