Night Attack on Odesa: Consequences and Damage
During the night, the enemy launched a large-scale attack on Odesa using combat drones.
As a result of the attack, infrastructure, residential buildings, and construction sites in the city were damaged.
Preliminary reports indicate that one woman was injured and has been hospitalized with shrapnel wounds. Another woman has been rescued, and her condition is stable.
As of 06:26, three individuals were reported injured due to the attack on Odesa.
By 09:11, the number of injured had risen to 22, with 14 suffering minor injuries treated on-site.
Sadly, there are significant damages to civilian infrastructure: several apartment buildings and private homes have been affected.
The strikes caused extensive fires; a church building in the city center and a kindergarten were also damaged.
Emergency services rescued people from trapped locations, including a child. Many residents were evacuated.
The situation is most severe in the Khadyzhbey district, where part of a residential building has collapsed. It is feared that people may be trapped under the rubble.
Search and rescue operations are ongoing without interruption.
