Launch of MISTO: A New Platform for Citizens of Odesa
The Odesa city administration announces the launch of the MISTO platform, which will serve as a vital tool for improving the quality of life of residents and the efficiency of community management. MISTO aims to make life more comfortable and safe for citizens. This modern digital tool will allow residents to access important services and information more quickly.
The "Digital Services Platform MISTO" is a state-of-the-art cloud platform designed to integrate and digitalize urban services and information resources into a single management system. It provides centralized access to information and services through a unified city portal and mobile applications, allowing for quick access to data and seamless interaction with relevant city departments.
Key features of the mobile application for residents:
- Online registration for the CNAP
- Hourly parking service: a convenient and transparent payment method for parking
- Accessibility: the “Social Taxi” service for people with limited mobility
- Electronic democracy: participation in surveys
- Safety: alerts for emergencies and alarms, maps of shelters
- Environmental monitoring: data on air quality and other ecological indicators
- Interactive maps: locations of public toilets, water dispensers, etc.
The platform's functionality will be continuously expanded with new capabilities. Soon, residents will be able to participate in votes regarding petitions, and also send requests to the Unified Citizens' Appeal Center while tracking public transport.
Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov emphasized that this platform changes the approach to the city's operations, interaction with residents, and resource management. It is a tool for overcoming challenges, making Odesa safer and more integrated.
“We are part of the modern world. Download the app and stay tuned – it’s easy and convenient! New services will appear: from paying utility bills to tickets for the zoo. And much more!” said the mayor of Odesa.
