New Registry of Mineral Use Permits in Ukraine
The State Geological Service of Ukraine has introduced a new registry containing data on special permits for mineral use.
This was reported by the press service of the service.
The registry includes information about:
- the date and conditions of special permit issuance,
- the possibility of extension and modification of terms,
- the type of mineral use,
- details about specific mineral areas,
- funding for planned works,
- conditions for granting permits and owner information,
- agreements on mineral use and other important aspects.
According to the State Geological Service, the special permit is issued in the form of an electronic extract from the registry. The information contained in the extract is current at the time of its generation.
The registry operates around the clock, except for maintenance periods.
During martial law, access to the resource is restricted, except for government and law enforcement agencies.
Oleg Gotsynets, the head of the State Geological Service, reported that they are also preparing registries for artesian and oil and gas wells.
Reminder:
Through the "Diia" platform, it is possible to submit a claim for compensation for emotional distress due to the loss of a close family member.
Ukrainians affected by the aggression since February 24, 2022, can submit new claims through "Diia" to the international registry of damages.
The "Diia" app has added an extract from the registry of damaged property, confirming the destruction of housing or a submitted application for recovery.
