Tragedy at the Lake: Body Discovered
A tragic discovery occurred at Lake Yalpug in the Odesa region when a fisherman found a body. Rescuers quickly arrived at the scene and assisted in bringing the man to shore.
According to the State Emergency Service's press office, the incident was reported yesterday, April 6. In the Izmail district, during the day, a fisherman noticed the body in the water, just 6 meters from the shore, and called for help.
"Rescuers immediately headed to the location and managed to retrieve the body from the water. The identity of the deceased is currently being established," the statement read.
