Repairs and Maintenance of Residential Buildings in Cheryomushki
The Municipal Enterprise «JKS Cheryomushki» undertook significant repair and maintenance activities in 2024 for the structural elements and engineering systems of the residential buildings under its management.
At the request of residents, the specialists performed the following works: roof repairs – 1400 sq.m (300 sq.m of slate); replacement of drainage systems – 60 p/m; entryway repairs – 1 unit; replacement of central heating pipelines – 234 p/m; repair of cold water supply pipelines – 188 p/m; repair of stormwater drainage – 20 m; electrical network repairs – 880 p/m; ongoing sewer system repairs – 500 p/m.
As part of the response to the consequences of hostile attacks, glazing of entryways in apartment buildings was completed – 50 sq.m.
Additionally, the enterprise's cleaners maintain order in the adjacent territories daily. Cleaning activities are carried out twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, removing random litter, washing garbage bins, etc.).
The municipal workers also mow the grass, trim trees, clean up fallen leaves, and take care of flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days, eliminate illegal dumps, and address the aftermath of hostile attacks.
