All buildings in Odesa that utilize centralized heating services are now fully equipped with heat meters that have successfully passed calibration.
The specialists of KP “TMO” have installed a total of 268 new meters. These devices are placed in buildings where the previous meters were either malfunctioning or had never been installed.
Additionally, the company's experts have documented instances of meter theft, requiring them to install replacements in such cases.
Residents in buildings with meters pay for heating based on actual consumption data.
In the absence of a meter, charges are calculated following Government Methodology No. 315, which determines heating costs based on the building's thermal load, hours of energy supply, and average monthly outdoor temperature.
